Synopsis: Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae wo Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai.

After Meiko "Menma" Honma passes away in an unfortunate incident, the group of childhood friends fall out of touch and drift apart. The once-prominent figurehead of the group, Jinta Yadomi, turns inward and becomes reclusive in the years that come. Yet, an older iteration of Meiko comes to Jinta, requesting that he fulfill a wish despite her uncertainty over what she really wants.
